Chinese Landscape Painting

The 7th Grade Students celebrated this year's Chinese New Year by exploring the landscape painting style of Traditional Asian Master Landscape Painters. 

We learned about emphasis, perspective drawing and balanced composition.  Notice the students included a foreground, middle ground and background within the composition to provide a sense of movement throughout their paintings.
